Who may avail the Service: Barangay Government in the Municipality of Bagumbayan

What are the requirements:

  1. Copy of Annual/Supplemental Budget with PS, 20% DF, 5% BDRRMF, 5% GADF and 10% SK Fund
  2. Barangay Resolution/Appropriation Ordinance
  3. BDC Resolution
  4. Barangay Minutes of the Session
